Our approach
We provide prompt access to quality diagnostic ultrasound scanning services performed by qualified medical sonographers. Using high performance ultrasound technology, our scanning equipment can be used to investigate a range of medical concerns.
We are an independent clinic, with a small team of friendly staff. Your care is at the heart of everything we do.
We do not require a referral from your GP. Self referrals are accepted.

Meet the team
Jennifer Monkhouse
Jennifer is a Sonographer working in both the radiology department and obstetric scanning department at the local hospital in Elgin. She also works as a Sonographer in our sister ultrasound company-BabyCare Scanning.
She qualified as a Radiographer in 2010, started her ultrasound training in 2014 and achieved an MSc in Medical Ultrasound in 2017. She is currently working towards the NHS Grampian Lead Screener role to support the Scottish National Abdominal Aortic Screening Programme (SNAAASP).
Naomi Morrison
Frith Noble
Frith is one of our Sonographers qualified with a PgD in Medical and Vascular Ultrasound in 2000, as well as Breast and Obstetric qualifications in 2008 and 2014. She has extensive experience and a real passion for Ultrasound, has trained and mentored student Sonographers and AAA Screeners.
She was involved in the development setting up of the SNAAASP and is the current Lead Screener for NHS Grampian AAA screening and continues to support the programme at a national level.
Naomi is our friendly receptionist and scan room support worker. She helps with the day to day running of the clinic and ensure the Sonographers are kept in line!
She is currently working towards an HNC in health and social care at college and would like to continue her studies to become a midwife.

Our clinic is located in a relaxing, safe environment with a fully private and comfortable scan room.
You will find us within a beautifully converted church building at the South Church Clinic on Moray Street in the centre of Elgin.
